I always book this hotel for sports guests attending the HK Soccer Sevens on behalf of Kowloon Cricket Club (KCC). The hotel is opposite the club, offering great views of the cricket pitch and greenery. The area is quiet yet only a 7-minute stroll to the harboufront and surrounded by places to eat and drink. Staying here makes the TST area so accessible.

The staff were fabulous, very helpful. The foyer/Cafe area was buzzy and slick. The rooms were nice looking and well designed. It was lovely that our room included a free portable WiFi unit for travelling around the city, that was very useful. The drinks in the mini bar were also free, another lovely touch. The filtered water unit gave lovely chilled water to drink. I love that the hotel tries to adhere to great Eco options such as not providing plastic bottles of water etc

The hotel's prime location facilitated city exploration. Impeccable cleanliness impressed. Friendly, accommodating staff always ready to assist. Nice touch: umbrellas provided for unexpected rain showers.

I liked the chill ambience of the lobby -- there was a cafe, big tables, and a wall with travelers' gear for sale. I liked our room -- very clean and bigger than what I expected in a boutique hotel, crisp and clean linens, and the bathroom was "senior-friendly." The staff at the cafe and reception were all friendly. I would like to especially thank Ms Lily at the reception -- she made our check-in seamless -- gave us early check-in and late check-out privileges. She also arranged our taxi going to the airport -- I appreciate the extra effort!

Most of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Although some of them without smiling faces, they are experienced. The performance of most of them can meet the level of 5 stars hotel. Amazing experience in a 4 stars hotel.
