Location was close to Jordan station. The view from the hotel windows shows lawn bowling club, which is refreshing than most other Hong Kong hotels.

The hotel's prime location facilitated city exploration. Impeccable cleanliness impressed. Friendly, accommodating staff always ready to assist. Nice touch: umbrellas provided for unexpected rain showers.

Excellent walkable location, small but clean and modern room, extremely good sound-proofing (the only noise we ever heard was from guests in the hallway, never the traffic outside or tv/speakers), great environmentally-friendly amenities, thorough cleaning service that always happened while we were out of the room, convenient and hassle-free portable WiFi, free luggage-holding service after we checked out, kind attentive staff, and room for three travelers to each have their own bed!

Thoughtfully designed and well equipped rooms. Excellent location a short walk from the MTR and park. The location also has a large variety of restaurants and coffee shops so you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to finding a place for meals. Due to the excellent location - most of HK is within easy reach either by MTR or taxi.

The hotel was awesome, the room very clean, great view, awesome location and with a really lovely café on the ground floor selling really good coffee and delicious breakfast options like bagel with cream cheese and salmon. You get a 10% discount if you're a guest at the Hotel but sadly we were informed of this only during our last breakfast. Super close to MRT and walking distance to lots of places like Nathan Road, Avenue of Stars, the various night markets, etc.

Amenities in the guest rooms are well appointed, and storage/shelving very adequate. Cafe in the lobby gives off relaxing vibe, and the breakfast is very good. Breakfast sandwiches are made to order, which is a nice surprise. Staff and guest services are excellent and beyond expectations. We experienced an incident and the staff was very responsive and professional. Their commitment to guest experience is genuine and we would certainly return in the future. Excellent and personalized service by the front desk team. Shout out to Gabriel, Patrick, Lily, Bianca and rest of the front desk team. You guys are excellent! Imagine this: 9 pcs of luggage for a family of 5 having to walk to the bus station for a ride to the airport. Solution: 2 members of the front desk team went along with us to help pull some pieces of luggage to the bus station. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty. My profound gratitude to your team. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Also lots of Michelin starred eats around the hotel.

Hotel building shape and style really stand out. The interior was modern and elegant. The cafe downstairs offered all the essentials to start the day or whenever during the day you’d need a coffee or snack. Loved the location. Ten minutes in either direction brings you to malls, parks, authentic local restaurants, or the harbour. The train station is only 5 mins. walk away. A supermarket and a 7Eleven are right in front.
